Industrial staplers are widely used in the textile industry because their use has indisputable advantages in terms of quality, accuracy of the seam in the creation of complex seams and seam’s repeatability.
We can provide both a complete package, consisting of motor and its drive, and only the motor.
Motors (stepper and brushless) can be supplied with encoders (incremental encoder or absolute multiturn encoder without battery) or without encoder, as well as drives can switch from simple pulse and direction to fully programmable drive to fieldbus drives, with position and torque control.
Specifically, an excellent field-tested and approved solution for industrial staplers is an open/closed loop SW3D, SW4D e SW4A stepper drive together with our high efficiency stepper motors Nema23, Nema24 and Nema34 with/without encoder, depending on the needs.
